Testing:

Existing templates with TOC macro

• For existing templates where TOC macro is already used, the above settings shall not be present in the template source code.
• In that case, the system should generate the output assuming these default settings
  1. Layout: Default
  2. Bullet style: None
  3. Leader style: Dotted
  4. Add page break after TOC: Checked

• If the user edits the TOC macro from the existing template, then the UI should show above settings with their default values as mentioned.
• If user edits and saves the TOC macro in the existing template, then these new settings should get inserted in the source code as per their selection on the UI.
